What is SwiftDeck?+
SwiftDeck is a PowerPoint add-in with 80+ shortcuts and tools designed to speed up slide editing, alignment, formatting, and layout workflows. Improvements are added over time.
What are the system requirements?+
SwiftDeck requires Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or later, Windows OS, and 64-bit PowerPoint (x64 only).
Does SwiftDeck work on Mac or PowerPoint Web?+
No. SwiftDeck currently supports only the Windows desktop version of PowerPoint.
Do I need admin rights to install?+
Yes, admin rights are required during installation. You will see a standard Windows prompt (UAC) — just click "Yes" to continue. No admin access is needed after installation.
Does SwiftDeck auto-update?+
SwiftDeck checks for updates automatically when PowerPoint starts. If a new version is available, a notification appears in the SwiftDeck task pane — click it to download. Installation itself is manual (download and run the installer).
How does the free trial work?+
A 14-day free trial can be activated directly inside the tool. The trial is one-time only and cannot be reset by reinstalling.
Can I buy without using the trial?+
Yes. You can purchase directly and activate using your license key. In this case, no trial period will be applied.
How is the license tied?+
Your license is linked to your email and your device (machine).
Can I use SwiftDeck on multiple devices?+
Yes, for a single user. You must deactivate the license on your current device before activating on another device.
What happens if I change my laptop?+
You can deactivate your license on the old device and activate it on the new one. Your remaining license period is preserved.
What happens after 1 year?+
Your license expires after 1 year. You can renew to continue using SwiftDeck. Trial is not reactivated after expiry.
How does pricing work?+
Pricing is shown on the purchase page.
How do I pay?+
India and UPI payments are processed via Razorpay. International payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy (card, PayPal, and local methods). Your license key is sent to your email immediately after payment.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. A 14-day free trial is provided to fully test the product before purchase. All purchases are non-refundable after activation.
Does SwiftDeck affect PowerPoint performance?+
No. SwiftDeck does not run background processes. Features only run when triggered, so performance impact is negligible.
What data does SwiftDeck store?+
SwiftDeck stores limited data locally in the Windows registry, including license key, email, activation status, and trial expiry.
Does SwiftDeck access my presentations?+
No. SwiftDeck does not read, store, or transmit your PowerPoint files or content.
How do I get support?+
You can contact support at support@escapework.in. Typical response time is within 48 hours. You can also share feedback or feature requests, which are reviewed based on feasibility and priorities.
Is there a Mac version?+
Not currently. No timeline has been announced.
Does it work with PowerPoint Online?+
No. Only the Windows desktop version of PowerPoint is supported.
