1. Introduction

EscapeWork ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SwiftDeck product and escapework.in website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

2. Information We Collect

  • Email address (forms, purchases)
  • Messages submitted via contact forms
  • Basic website usage data

3. Advertising & Analytics

We may use tools such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to measure performance and conversions. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to track visits and purchases.

This tracking is limited to website activity only.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies and may use analytics or advertising cookies for performance tracking.

5. Anonymous Usage Analytics

SwiftDeck collects anonymous, non-identifiable usage data to help us understand which features are most useful. This data contains:

  • Feature name (e.g. "Align Left", "Same Width")
  • Add-in version number

It does not contain your email, license key, machine fingerprint, IP address, or any personally identifiable information. No user profiles are built. Data is stored in our own database (Supabase) and is never shared with third parties.

This telemetry cannot be linked back to you. If you prefer to opt out, contact us at support@escapework.in and we will provide an opt-out build.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers including payment processors (Lemon Squeezy, Razorpay), data services (Supabase), and infrastructure services (Vercel).

Error Monitoring (Sentry): Our backend API uses Sentry to capture server-side errors and exceptions. Sentry may receive the URL path and HTTP method of a failed request, along with the error stack trace. Sentry does not receive your license key, email address, or any personally identifiable information from request bodies. Data is processed by Functional Software, Inc. For details, see sentry.io/privacy.
